The role sits within Marketing Transformation & Optimization, part of the Global Central Marketing Operations family. We are dedicated to supporting marketing teams across our organisation, ensuring a cohesive and coordinated strategy that strengthens our brand, resonates with clients, and ultimately drives business growth.

1. Manage and Optimise Content & Workflow Processes

  • Streamline work intake, prioritisation, scoping, and governance to improve efficiency and timeliness.
  • Identify opportunities to automate content lifecycle processes (creation, distribution, performance analysis).
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements for workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain a backlog of enhancements for the technology roadmap.
  • Act as a subject matter contributor for content and workflow processes.
  • Train and support team members on the centralised processes, ensuring that they are able to get the most from the tools provided.

2. Drive Innovation in Content & Workflow Technologies

  • Foster a culture of experimentation scale successful pilots to improve efficiency.
  • Implement and integrate technology enhancements across the content process (creation, asset management, workflow, distribution, analytics).
  • Ensure seamless integration for scalability and content velocity.
  • Own strategy and implementation for internal/external content and workflow tools, including vendor coordination.
  • Create technical documentation (integration points, data flows, risk controls).
  • Manage risk and control assessments for content and workflow technologies.

3. Support Strategy and Roadmap Execution

  • Contribute to the content supply chain roadmap from planning through delivery and analysis.
  • Participate in regular governance, conitinuous improvement, Taxonomy and vendor meetings, providing updates on backlog items and roadmap refinements..
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics to measure workflow effectiveness and provide actionable reporting.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with ISS and GPS Marketing, Compliance and other content producing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards escalate issues as needed.

  • Experience managing or supporting marketing workflows (Adobe Workfront preferred).
  • Familiarity with Workfront and content planning, production, and delivery processes.
  • Exposure to digital asset management tools (Adobe Experience Manager Assets).
  • Experience collaborating with creative, design, or marketing teams.
  • Experience maintaining documentation, supporting test plans, training material, and contributing to risk management.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, written and verbal.
  • Enthusiasm for technology, generative AI, and automation ability to balance vision with execution.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter and fast learner works independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to drive consensus among stakeholders and present vision effectively.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
