About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to strengthen the execution backbone of our marketing function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured execution, cross-team coordination, and hands-on involvement in both digital and offline marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with the Growth & Operations team and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day marketing operations, faster execution, and scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimise Google Forms, trackers, and internal marketing systems

Support day-to-day marketing operations, coordination, and logistical execution

Assist in planning and executing offline events, including on-ground coordination

Coordinate webinar execution, including scheduling, audience engagement, and post-webinar follow-ups

Execute and manage email and WhatsApp marketing communications

Support influencer outreach and collaborations for content amplification and brand visibility

Act as a coordination bridge between designers, editors, organic marketing, and performance marketing teams

Use AI tools to assist in content creation and improve speed and efficiency of routine tasks

Initiate and manage engagement on emerging platforms such as Twitter and Reddit to expand brand presence

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and coordination skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Comfort working with tools like Google Forms, Google Sheets, and basic marketing platforms

Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows quickly

Interest in marketing operations, execution, and growth systems
