Job Summary

The Marketing Operations Specialist leads complex, large-scale qualitative and quantitative market research and analytics initiatives to support strategic marketing and business decisions. This role focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of current marketing efforts, identifying emerging market opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to improve product and campaign performance.

The role is responsible for ensuring high-quality data management, accurate and timely reporting, and efficient lead management across the global marketing and sales ecosystem. The incumbent will interpret data, generate actionable insights, and deliver reporting that enables alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams—ultimately driving pipeline growth and revenue impact.

What will you do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex marketing analytics and research projects (qualitative and quantitative).
  • Analyze marketing performance data to assess campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and hygiene across marketing systems and databases.
  • Oversee lead management processes, including lead capture, routing, and delivery to Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent measurement frameworks and KPIs.
  • Support product and marketing teams with insights to prioritize initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data interpretation and analysis.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, automation, and operational efficiency.

What we look for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in managing large datasets, reporting tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, campaign measurement, and lead lifecycle management.
