Marketing Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Operations professional to support day-to-day marketing operations activities, including email campaign execution, database management, reporting, outreach tool management, and campaign QA.

The ideal candidate should have strong operational discipline, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to learn marketing automation platforms and campaign operations processes. This role requires someone who can work in a structured manner, ensure accuracy in execution, and support the smooth running of marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.

What You Will Do :

• Execute and manage email marketing campaigns including scheduling, segmentation, and QA
• Manage HubSpot activities such as email setup, contact management, lists, and reporting
• Handle outeach campaigns using tools like SalesHandy
• Maintain, clean, and organize marketing databases for effective campaign execution
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and analytics
• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms for email drafting, personalization, and workflow optimization

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, or related field.
• HubSpot certifications or email marketing certifications are an added advantage.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing or lead generation campaigns.
• Exposure to HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, Saleshandy, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
• Strong operational and coordination mindset.
