Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Marketing Operations Specialist. In this position, the Marketing Operations Specialist will oversee and optimize the execution of marketing processes and strategies, analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, and manage marketing automation systems to streamline operations. The role requires day-to-day collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and achievement of business objectives while actively identifying opportunities for improvement in marketing efficiency.

Qualifications- Experience in ZOHO CRM

• Proficiency in Marketing Operations and Marketing Automation systems to ensure process efficiency and campaign execution
• Strong Marketing Analytics and Analytical Skills to assess key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Familiarity with project management tools and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the education or recruitment industry is a plus
