Marketing Operations & Project Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Operations / Project Management professional who can drive end-to-end execution of marketing and creative initiatives with precision, speed, and a strong customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end project workflows, ensuring timely delivery against defined timelines and business goals
- Drive operational efficiency and process optimization across all stages of project execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including category teams, compliance, creative agencies, and internal marketing teams
- Partner with creative and content teams to execute packaging, listings, and marketing assets in alignment with brand guidelines
- Ensure high-quality execution during product launches and campaign rollouts, maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Establish and maintain tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to ensure visibility, accountability, and progress tracking
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
- Identify bottlenecks, proactively solve issues, and drive projects to completion with a bias for action
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 24 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or campaign execution
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Strong organizational, time management, and execution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail with a customer-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with creative agencies (e.g., Schbang, Ogilvy, Dentsu, Leo Burnett, McCann, etc.)
- Exposure to creative workflows including packaging, digital content, and campaign assets
- Strong understanding of brand-building and marketing execution processes
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Familiarity with project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive clarity through structured execution
