What will you be a part of

As a Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager, you will build and run ZoomRx's core marketing tech stack and performance measurement systems as an end-to-end owner—not just an executor. You will drive decisions, lead discussions, document outcomes, and ensure progress. You will work closely with Sales Ops, Finance Ops, Consulting, Product, and BD to transform the current HubSpot + Salesforce + Apollo + ZoomInfo setup into a reliable, single source of truth for Marketing, Sales, and leadership.

Why this role matters:

Own end-to-end marketing data, workflows, and attribution across multiple products and business units Act as a strong cross-functional leader across Sales Ops, Finance Ops, Product, Consulting, and BD.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Ownership & leadership: Take full responsibility for outcomes—whether it's workflows, dashboards, or integrations. Share updates regularly, lead discussions, and document decisions. Keep work organized using Monday.com and share weekly updates on MS Teams.
  • Hands-on with tools: Be comfortable working directly on Salesforce (flows, reports, lead processes) and HubSpot (workflows, lifecycle stages, routing, etc.) without relying on others. Also work with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, ABM platforms, GA4, and BI tools, and manage the HubSpot–Salesforce connection.
  • Use AI to work smarter: Use tools like Claude to automate tasks, write queries, and create processes. When you face a gap, try to learn and solve it yourself using resources like Trailhead and HubSpot Academy before escalating.
  • Clear communication: Share updates proactively in a simple, structured way and stay visible to all stakeholders. Speak confidently in meetings.
  • Manage the tech stack: Handle day-to-day operations of HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other tools—keeping data clean, systems connected, and processes running smoothly.
  • Support campaigns: Set up and manage end-to-end campaign execution, including tracking (UTMs), naming, sequences, and performance monitoring across all FY26 campaigns.
  • Track performance: Build reports and dashboards to measure the funnel and campaign results. Identify gaps and suggest clear, data-backed improvements.
  • Enable the team & maintain data quality: Help the team use tools and data better through training and simple guides. Ensure data is clean, compliant, and regularly audited.

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

• 4+ years in B2B marketing operations, revenue operations, or marketing analytics with direct, hands-on responsibility for the marketing tech stack (not oversight of contractors).

Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential at the time of application.

2+ years of hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub ownership in production — lifecycle stages, behavior-based workflows, lead scoring, form-to-CRM routing, suppression, and reporting.

Proven HubSpot ↔ Salesforce integration experience — including bi-directional sync of Contacts, Leads, Activities, and Tasks, and resolving sync errors independently.

Demonstrated cross-functional leadership — examples of driving decisions across Sales Ops, Finance, Product, or Consulting, not just supporting them.

Strongly Preferred:

• Demonstrated use of Claude, Claude Skills, Cowork, or Claude Code in prior marketing ops or analytics work (bring examples).

• Experience with Apollo.io for outbound sequences and Salesforce activity sync.

• ZoomInfo Intent Data experience — configuring topics, analyzing signals, and routing to SDR/BDR sequences.

• Experience with Demandbase, 6sense, or equivalent ABM platform.

• Additional HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub Implementation, Revenue Ops). Prior life sciences, pharma services, or complex B2B SaaS marketing ops experience.

What we offer:

  • Unlimited Paid Time Off
  • Wellness Holidays
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Decentralized Learning & Development
  • Team-Specific Learning Opportunities
  • Higher Education Benefit
  • Office Parties & Engagement Activities
  • Flexible Work Options
  • And more!
