Key Functions
- Manage end-to-end execution of brand launches and marketing campaigns on the platform.
- Coordinate across Brand, Operations, Creative, Content, Product, and Tech teams for timely delivery.
- Oversee website operations including campaign setup, calendar planning, and execution.
- Conduct regular QA, audits, and testing to ensure seamless user experience and error-free campaigns.
- Track performance metrics (sales, ROI, P&L) and drive optimization and growth initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or marketing operations roles.
- Strong understanding of digital campaigns, website management, and online user journeys.
- Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good project management and execution skills.
