We are seeking a Marketing Operations Supervisor to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and corporate client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, digital promotions, and event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with real estate consultants, brokers, and potential tenants to drive leasing opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies.
- Oversee branding, advertising, and content creation across digital and offline platforms.
- Track marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize strategies for better ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales and leasing teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end operational activities of the building, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor management.
- Implement and monitor SOPs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high standards across the facility.
- Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and facility managers to ensure timely resolution of issues and preventive maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate marketing, commercial property promotion, or corporate branding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
