THE ROLE

This role exists to ensure that what we say as a brand is consistently experienced by the customer at the point of purchase - across General Trade, marketplaces, and D2C.

It brings together brand strategy, demand generation, and on-ground execution to create a unified, high-quality presence across every selling touchpoint, with clear ownership of how campaigns, scheme spends, and BTL initiatives are translated into action.

Operate with high rigor and zero tolerance for poor or fragmented execution - success in this role comes from delivering consistency, speed, and measurable impact across channels.

This is a rare opportunity to build and shape how the brand shows up in the market - turning strategy into on-ground reality at scale.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

GT Activation & BTL

Drive in-store and on-ground execution across General Trade. Work closely with regional teams to ensure consistent brand presence across markets - in-shop branding, shelf placement and so on.

Scheme Budget & Trade

Own deployment of the marketing and scheme budget across GT, marketplace, and D2C. Ensure accurate settlement and ROI tracking of all schemes.

All Channels Campaign Adaptation

Translate campaigns into execution across all channels, marketplace, Q-commerce, D2C, and retail.

Team & Asset Management

Manage design adaptation and ensure high-quality output across channels.

Act as a bridge between sales and marketing team.

Work with external partners when needed to deliver execution at scale.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

– Create brand campaigns or define brand positioning — this role receives the campaign and deploys it

– Own marketplace sales strategy or Amazon advertising — that is the Marketplace Head's ownership

– Own D2C website operations, CRM, or customer lifecycle — that is the D2C Head's ownership

– Own the GT sales target or manage ZSMs

– Do creative direction or art direction

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– You have spent 8-10 years in: Trade Marketing / Channel Marketing / Brand Activation

And you: Have managed serious budgets (₹8–10 Cr+) Understand both retail and digital ecosystems, can translate brand into execution without losing quality.

– Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience

– Proven ability to operate at the intersection of marketing and sales, with comfort navigating both sides.

– Hands-on experience in cross-channel execution, including ecommerce content and offline activation. General Trade experience is must.

– Are structured, sharp, and detail-obsessed.

– Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to manage budgets, vendors, and execution with structure and discipline.

– Experience managing or developing a small team / execution resource.

– Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure from scratch.

– Outcome-driven approach, focus on sell-through and impact, not just spend or activity.
