Role Overview
NIAT runs large-scale admissions campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, RCS, ad platforms, and third-party media.
Were looking for an intern who can support the end-to-end campaign operations ensuring smooth execution, campaign success metrics tracking, maintaining clean data, and real-time coordination across teams.
This role is designed for final-year students or fresh graduates who want to learn how high-velocity digital marketing is executed at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution Support
- Assist in launching and monitoring campaigns on WhatsApp, SMS, Email, RCS, Meta, Google, and partner platforms.
- Upload and manage custom lead lists from offline workshops, influencer drops, outbound teams, and other lead generation channels.
- Work with internal teams (Marketing Automation, performance marketing, Business Operations) for daily execution.
Data Management & Tracking
- Maintain centralized trackers for all campaign cohorts.
- Ensure data hygiene: tagging, deduping, validating, and preparing data for different platforms.
- Track performance at platform(SMS, Whatsapp, Email, ad platforms) and channel level.
Creative & Messaging Ops
- Coordinate creative assets and message templates needed for campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of creatives for WhatsApp/SMS/Email.
Pulse Check & Insights
- Monitor responses across channels to understand student sentiment, common objections, and engagement patterns.
- Highlight weekly insights and potential optimizations to the marketing team.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Support peak admission cycles, brand bursts, and seasonal pushes.
- Work closely with performance, lifecycle, and brand teams to ensure campaign readiness.
