Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Operations Executive based in Kochi. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals (0–2 years) who want hands-on corporate exposure before pursuing an MBA or higher studies. You will manage offline event logistics, centre inventory, vendor relationships, and tracking dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Operations: Coordinate venue setups, vendor management (sound, print, catering), and procurement for all offline centre events.
• Post-Event Logistics: Conduct post-event asset collection, vendor payout processing, and initial lead handover to sales.
• Inventory & Collateral Audits: Audit and fulfill monthly stationery, collateral, and branding requests across all centres.
• Vendor Management & Negotiation: Liaise with print and merchandise vendors to negotiate pricing, sample quality, and delivery timelines.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Gather requirement briefs from centre managers and translate them into clear creative tickets for the design and video teams.
• Dashboards & KPI Tracking: Update weekly/monthly marketing dashboards tracking event footfalls, inventory costs, and asset turnarounds.
• Operational Agility: Adapt quickly to urgent centre-level requirements, promotional pushes, or localized operational needs.
• Research & Optimization: Support senior team members with research, competitive benchmarking, and process optimization.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Graduates/Freshers eligible).
• Experience: 0 to 2 years.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking sheets) and PowerPoint.
• Core Aptitude: Comfortable with numbers, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
