Marketing Operations Associate

Full time, In-person Role (Noida) : Looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Associate to support large-scale online community engagement initiatives.

The role: 

• Coordinate and distribute engagement tasks across a network of contributors

• Maintain trackers, timelines and execution for ongoing campaigns

• Ensure responses and discussions are posted within defined quality and timing standards

• Monitor community conversations and flag emerging trends/opportunities

Requirements:

• Organizational and coordination skills

• Comfortable managing high-volume task distribution

• Good written communication and internet culture awareness

• Familiarity with new social media platforms

• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and project tracking tools

Good to have:

• Experience in community operations, social media coordination

• Understanding of Reddit ecosystem

• Prior experience managing remote contributors or creator communities
