About the Role
Credflow AI is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support CRM operations, outbound campaigns, market research, and lead generation initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in CRM tools and B2B lead generation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Management
Develop, implement, and maintain CRM systems to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals.
Work extensively on platforms like Monday.com for workflow management and CRM tracking.
Monitor CRM performance and generate insights to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
2. Outbound Campaigns
Design and execute targeted outbound outreach campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to optimize results.
3. Competitive Analysis
Conduct detailed competitor analysis to identify market trends, business opportunities, and potential threats.
Compile and present findings to senior management to support strategic planning.
4. Market Research
Perform in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide key insights to stakeholders.
5. Lead Generation
Create targeted lead lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other lead generation platforms.
Ensure high-quality prospect identification aligned with company objectives.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align objectives and support strategic initiatives.
Identify business process improvements and recommend scalable solutions.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience (internship experience included).
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar platforms).
Practical experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
Experience in B2B lead generation and outbound campaigns.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
