Marketing Executive
Purpose
To assist the Team for launch of New Categories
Role
- Evaluation, exploration and selection of new Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) channels basis strategic evaluation and planned pilots.
- Act as first point of contact and liaise with the channel partners to execute and effective and efficient onboarding program. This will include taking necessary brand approvals and executing the plan on-ground in terms of product mix, marketing mix etc
- Identify best practices basis internal and external learnings and input these in to the activation plans for future campaigns.
- Identify, measure and take steps the achieve the actions standards for each channel.
- Launch plans through digital ecosystem like mobile app/ website/ social channels
- Follow & track the acquisition and retention channels & metrics
- Execute digital marketing campaigns with performance agencies and follow metrics
- Content marketing
- Tracks direct and indirect competition
- Data sourcing & crunching
- Follow-up & seek approvals for all major marketing activities
- Documentation related to all legal & regulatory matters
- Sourcing articles/ reports for all categories
- On-ground execution
- Developing structural designs, artworks, taking necessary approvals from respective stakeholders, coordinating procurement and ensuring on-ground execution of the elements
- Marketing Plans Administration work
Technical Knowledge

- Worked in startup space in digital marketing
- Target - Mamaearth, Healthify Me, Possible, Licious, Curefit, Purple
- Basic marketing knowledge
- Basic understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
- Knowledge of statutory compliance related to the Food products
