We are looking for a Marketing Officer to strengthen our digital presence and marketing efforts in seeds sales. The ideal candidate will focus on increasing online engagement on digital platforms and implement on ground marketing strategies.

The selected candidate will report to Sales & Marketing Manager and will actively coordinate on-field activities, as per the requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive online engagement on social media platforms.
• Ensure content creation and promotion.
• Coordinate with the field team for marketing activity.
• Support marketing activities as per the requirements of the reporting manager.
• Participate in field marketing activities and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: B.Sc. in Agriculture or any other relevant degree.

Passion for digital marketing and social media growth strategies.

Understanding of agricultural markets and farmer engagement is a plus.

Languages Known: English, and Hindi.

Extensive travel is required.

Minimum experience is mandatory, Freshers are encouraged to apply.
