Job Description

Brief Job description: -

  • Provide structured marketing support through supervision of external expert agencies (Creative, PR, Performance Marketing).
  • Develop clear campaign briefs, review deliverables, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor agency performance and manage KPIs for all campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Support the planning and execution of the marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for expansion plans, including the launch of new branches at new locations.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Admissions, Academics, Operations) for campaign inputs and rollout
  • Maintain coordination between internal teams and external agencies for seamless execution.

  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals (digital + offline)
  • Agency management and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with focus on KPIs and outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the education/school sector).
  • Experience in handling agencies and campaign execution.

Preferred

  • Experience in school/international education marketing.
  • Exposure to launch campaigns (new programs, campuses, or initiatives).
