Role Objective To own and drive end-to-end execution of channel and trade marketing initiatives, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all market-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Trade & Field Marketing

• Own and execute dealer, distributor, and channel marketing initiatives across regions

• Deliver POSM, catalogues, posters, standees, and dealer collaterals end-to-end

• Drive execution of exhibitions, events, launches, and on-ground activations

• Partner closely with sales teams to translate regional needs into timely market execution

Vendor & Agency Coordination

• Manage end-to-end engagement with printers, fabricators, event vendors, and agencies

• Own briefs, timelines, estimates, production quality, and final delivery

• Track artwork approvals, production schedules, and execution readiness

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the single execution owner across Sales, Product, QA, and Operations

• Track dependencies, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely closures

• Maintain execution trackers, MOMs, and status dashboards Brand Governance & Hygiene

• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all offline assets

• Maintain a central repository of approved creatives, artworks, and final files

Experience & Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in hands-on marketing execution or trade marketing roles

• Strong ownership mindset with high execution discipline

• Exposure to B2B, manufacturing, auto/Ancillary, or industrial marketing preferred

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments

Success Metrics

• Consistent, on-time delivery of trade and market-facing marketing initiatives

• Minimal senior dependency through proactive execution ownership

• Strong sales and vendor alignment with zero last-minute escalations, High execution quality with reduced rework
