Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panipat for a Marketing Merchandising Manager. The individual in this position will focus on creating and implementing effective marketing and merchandising strategies, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a seamless process from market research to product placement. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, conducting market analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving sales growth, and improving brand presence within the market.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning, Marketing, and Marketing Strategy
• Experience with Market Research and the ability to identify trends and opportunities
• Proven track record of success in Sales and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects effectively
• Experience in the textile or home fashion industry is an advantage
