Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Marketing Manager based in Trivandrum, with flexibility for travelling as part of work. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, developing the dealer network, representing the company on projects, analysing market trends, and managing the company's promotional activities. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, overseeing digital marketing efforts, and creating marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy, Brand Development, and Campaign Management
• Proficiency in Sales, Marketing, Networking, and Promotional strategies
• Strong skills in Communication and Presentation
• Leadership skills, including effective team collaboration, delegation, and problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the building materials or interior solutions industry is a plus
• Adaptability to work both remotely and on-site at the Trivandrum location
