Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Role Objective
To drive
footfall, leads, and revenue across VLCC clinics in Bengaluru through
high-impact ATL, BTL, and DST initiatives, ensuring strong local brand visibility and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
ATL (Above The Line)
- Plan and execute regional ATL campaigns (print, radio, OOH, local media).
- Coordinate with central marketing & external agencies for rollout.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across Bengaluru market.
- Track ATL ROI through footfall & lead impact.
BTL (Below The Line)
- Drive local activations: society activations, corporates, RWAs, malls, colleges, events.
- Design and execute clinic-level promotions and offers.
- Manage vendor partnerships (canopies, promoters, flyers, branding material).
- Enable clinics with monthly BTL calendars and execution support.
DST (Door Step Marketing)
- Plan and monitor DST activities across assigned clinics.
- Manage promoter teams, productivity, beat plans, and coverage.
- Ensure daily reporting on leads, trials, and conversions.
- Improve lead quality and conversion ratios from DST.
Business Alignment & Analytics
- Work closely with Centre Heads, Cluster Heads, and Sales Teams.
- Track key metrics:
- Footfall
- Leads generated
- FF2C (Footfall to Conversion %)
- Cost per lead & ROI
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports with insights.
People & Vendor Management
- Manage promoters, supervisors, and third-party vendors.
- Conduct training and on-ground audits for execution quality.
- Ensure discipline, compliance, and brand presentation standards.
Candidate Profile
Education
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing (preferred)
Experience
- 6-10 years in ATL/BTL/DST or local marketing
- Experience in retail, wellness, healthcare, beauty, FMCG, QSR preferred
- Strong on-ground execution exposure in Bengaluru market
