Veye is an independent equities research firm established in 2017. The company focuses on providing research and insights related to the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) to help investors make informed decisions.

As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, support lead generation efforts, and help strengthen brand presence.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and supporting content development. The role requires experience in digital marketing, analytics, and brand management.

Candidates with experience in financial services or investment-related industries will be preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Creation
  • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee creation of content such as blogs, newsletters, website pages, and social media posts.
  • Ensure content follows SEO best practices and supports lead generation.
  • Collaborate with design and media teams to develop marketing assets.
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
  • Plan and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve lead quality.
  • Monitor campaign performance and coordinate with the sales team to improve conversions.
  • Maintain and manage CRM tools for lead tracking and nurturing.
Digital Marketing
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and paid marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor website performance and traffic trends.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing tools and industry trends.
Brand Management
  • Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms and marketing materials.
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance website and digital assets.
Performance Tracking
  • Track marketing metrics such as traffic, engagement, and lead conversion rates.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics and CRM reporting to evaluate performance.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with research, sales, and design teams to support marketing initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members or interns where applicable.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 57 years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or lead generation.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services, investment research, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) market.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with subscription-based business models.
Work Schedule
  • 06:00 AM 03:30 PM IST
  • 5.5 Days per Week (Saturday Half Day)
  • Work from Office Gurugram
