Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end funnel: awareness → onboarding → loan disbursal → repeat usage.
Drive performance marketing across channels:
- Can Able to run campain Google Ads, Meta, affiliates, app installs for Organic maximum sales.
- Optimize CAC, conversion rates, as per benchmark.
- Run A/B testing on landing pages, app flows, and creatives.
- Work closely with product & tech teams to reduce drop-offs.
- Manging Leads funnul so that sale must not be compromised.
Track key metrics:
- CAC, LTD, Leads to DB, approval rates, disbursal rate, repeat rate etc.
- Use analytics tools for improving performance
- Generate insights to improve underwriting + marketing synergy
Design engagement campaigns:
- Repeat loans, cross-sell, upsell.
- Manage CRM journeys via SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Push notifications.
Experience: 4 – 8+ years in Product Marketing/Growth Marketing
Industry Experience in: Fintech / NBFC / Digital lending (preferred) Payday loans, personal loans, is a strong plus
