Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of Tourbro. This is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for building Tourbro's entire digital marketing ecosystem. You will be the architect of our go-to-market strategy and all subsequent digital campaigns. You will also lead our performance marketing efforts and coordinate closely with our tech team to ensure our web and app platforms are optimized for the best possible user experience and conversion. The ideal candidate is a seasoned travel industry marketer who is excited by the challenge of building and scaling a new consumer travel brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Platform & UX Coordination:
Own the go-to-market strategy for the Tourbro web and app platforms, driving traveler acquisition, engagement, and bookings.
Act as the key marketing stakeholder, coordinating closely with the tech team during the platform build-out and on all ongoing development.
Provide expert input on UX/UI design and customer journey mapping to ensure a seamless and highly converting user experience, from discovery to booking.
Lead all marketing-related aspects of the platforms, including content strategy, SEO, and App Store Optimization (ASO).
Social Media & Brand Building:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build the Tourbro brand and create a community of travelers.
Lead content creation (video, blogs, social posts) that inspires travel and showcases our unique offerings.
Build and manage a network of travel influencers and content creators to amplify our brand message.
Integrated Campaign Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns, including the brand launch, destination promotions, and seasonal offers.
Ensure seamless integration of campaigns across all digital touchpoints to create a cohesive and compelling customer experience.
Measure and report on campaign performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Performance Marketing Oversight:
Act as the primary point of contact and strategic lead for our performance marketing agency or internal specialist.
Define aggressive KPIs and targets for all paid channels (SEM, paid social, display, meta-search) focused on user acquisition and booking volume.
Analyze performance data (CAC, LTV, ROAS) to provide clear direction for budget allocation and campaign optimization.
Required Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: 5-8 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record of success in the travel industry.
Travel Industry Expertise: Crucial Requirement. Must have significant, hands-on experience marketing a consumer travel brand (e.g., an OTA, airline, hotel chain, or travel-tech startup). You must be able to demonstrate how you have successfully acquired and retained travelers in a competitive market.
Digital Proficiency: Deep, hands-on experience managing web, app, and social media platforms for a major consumer brand.
Campaign Leadership: Demonstrable experience leading large-scale, integrated digital marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Performance Marketing: Strong, data-driven understanding of performance marketing channels and metrics. Experience managing a significant performance marketing budget and an agency/team is essential.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, app analytics platforms) to derive actionable insights.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
