Role Overview
You will be responsible for strengthening brand presence, driving referrals, expanding market reach, and contributing directly to business growth in the diagnostics and healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1 Business Development & Relationship Management
- Build and manage strong relationships with Doctors, Community Labs, Hospitals, and Corporate Healthcare Providers
- Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure sustained engagement
- Understand clinical and business needs and present tailored diagnostic solutions
2 Strategic Planning & Sales Growth
- Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies
- Plan and manage monthly & annual sales budgets to meet targets
- Identify new catchment areas and high-potential zones for expansion
3 Lead Generation & Negotiation
- Drive lead generation through field activities and partnerships
- Negotiate commercial agreements with clinics, labs, and corporate clients
4 Marketing Activities & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and patient-awareness initiatives
- Coordinate internal teams for service launches, seasonal offers, and branding activities
5 Market Intelligence & Performance Review
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics
- Analyze sales performance and present actionable insights to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Graduate or equivalent
- Certifications in Healthcare / Marketing / Sales are a plus
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, diagnostics marketing, or related fields
- Confident freshers with strong communication and field orientation may also apply
Communication
- Strong command over English, Hindi, and regional languages

- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
