About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager Marketing with a strong background in electrical product marketing, specifically in transformer safety solutions. The ideal candidate will lead marketing strategy, business development and client engagement efforts, ensuring strong market positioning and sustained growth.

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in Electrical Product Sales

(Experience in Transformers & Control Panels will be an added advantage)

Location:

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)

Qualification:

• Diploma in Electrical / Equivalent

Salary Range:

6.00 LPA 9.00 LPA

(As per experience & interview evaluation)

Travel:

• Extensive PAN India travel is mandatory
• Must be comfortable with regular client visits, site visits and exhibitions

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive domestic sales of electrical products
• Identify and onboard distributors, dealers and industrial clients
• Conduct technical product presentations & demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Collaborate with internal teams for quotations, proposals and order execution
• Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping

Key Skills:

• Strong network within electrical industry
• Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills
• Target-driven & willing to travel extensively
• Good knowledge of transformers, control panels and electrical components
