The Marketing Operations Manager plays a key role on the team and manage email marketing programs to build Business brand awareness and adoption. This individual will

1) manage the day-to-day execution and bar raising of global email campaigns,

2) act as a liaison between marketing teams and brand to identify, scope, and gather campaign requirements, and

3) support global strategies to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of email communications. They will collaborate across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize projects.

Key job responsibilities

1. Ensure organizational adherence to WW channel best practices, along with proper platform management and upkeep.

2. Collect and verify collateral from multiple stakeholders, ensure deadlines are met, clearly define responsibilities, and track as well as summarize progress.

3. Compile, analyze, and present operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving campaign impact and streamlining processes.

4. Support the build and maintenance of standards and systems for knowledge management (e.g., SOPs, best practices, processes).

5. Track email best practices, industry trends, and make proactive recommendations
