Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create monthly content calendars and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Work with designers to develop creatives, reels, and videos.
  • Track social media performance and improve content based on insights.
  • Write content for social media, website, emailers, brochures, and campaigns.
  • Support blogs, case studies, and other long-form content.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for marketing tasks.
  • Manage marketing materials, events, and studio activities.
  • Monitor brand mentions, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Maintain dashboards and prepare reports for leads, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Work closely with sales, design, and studio teams for promotions and launches.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand communication.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools is a plus.
