Online Presence Management: Manage and optimize the workshop's digital footprint, including the website and social media accounts to maximize local visibility and generate leads.
Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams (or create content directly) to produce high-quality, branded marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media updates, and service-specific web copy.
Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs) to assess effectiveness, identify market trends, and refine marketing strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Implement customer retention programs and ensure excellent customer service is reflected in all marketing communications. This includes managing customer reviews and implementing post-service follow-ups.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to the most effective channels and tracking ROI.
