Position: Marketing Manager / Marketing Head

Gender Preference: Female Only

Experience Required: 5–8 years of relevant experience with a stable career background (No frequent job changes preferred)

Location: Thiruvalla, South Kerala (Outstation candidates will not be considered)

Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Marketing Diploma with Graduation

Industry Preference: Events Management, Exhibitions, Roadshows, Hospitality, Wedding & Convention Industry

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in planning and managing large-scale events and marketing activities
• Ability to handle branding, promotions, and business development initiatives
• Candidate should possess leadership capabilities along with vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to strategic marketing and team coordination will be preferred

• Presentable and professionally groomed candidate
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities
• Ability to work independently and drive marketing initiatives effectively

Role Expectations:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and business growth
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, exhibitions, corporate events, weddings, and outreach activities
• Build and maintain strong client, vendor, and business relationships
• Lead branding and promotional initiatives across digital and offline platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and events
