About the Role:
We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, product marketing, and content strategy for our SaaS products. This role focuses on driving qualified leads, strengthening product positioning, and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition
Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, social, webinars)
Optimize lead funnel (MQL SQL) using tools like HubSpot/Marketo
Manage budgets and improve CPL & CAC
Product Marketing & Positioning
Develop messaging, value propositions, and positioning
Create sales collateral (decks, case studies, one-pagers)
Conduct market & competitor analysis
Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
Drive content strategy (blogs, whitepapers, videos, social)
Collaborate with SMEs to build high-value content
Manage editorial calendar
Sales Enablement & Alignment
Align marketing with sales targets
Support with qualified leads & nurture campaigns
Assist in product launches & GTM execution
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, ROI, conversions)
Optimize campaigns using data insights
Report performance to leadership
Requirements:
3+ years in SaaS marketing (B2B preferred)
Strong experience in digital marketing & automation tools
Hands-on with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV)
Excellent communication & analytical skills
Good to Have:
ABM, CRO, PLG experience
Google Ads / HubSpot certifications
MBA or relevant advanced degree
