About the role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager with knowledge of industrial water treatment and the ability to develop new customers and convert business opportunities into orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new enquiries and develop business from power plants, aluminium, steel and other process industries.
- Identify and approach potential customers for water treatment chemicals and solutions.
- Develop relationships with plant heads, purchase teams, technical teams and water-treatment professionals.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to offer suitable solutions.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, trials and commercial negotiations and convert them into orders.
- Develop new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Regularly visit industrial plants and customer locations across Chhattisgarh, Odisha and nearby states.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
Desired Knowledge & Experience
The candidate should have a good understanding of industrial water treatment processes, particularly:
- Cooling Water Treatment
- RO
- ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant)
- STP (Sewage Treatment Plant)
- Water treatment practices in Power Plants
- Water treatment in Aluminium, Steel and other manufacturing/process industries
Experience in marketing water treatment chemicals, coagulants, flocculants, or related products will be an advantage.
