Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager at Dusker AI. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to position Dusker AI as a leader in AI benchmarking and evaluation. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and launching campaigns across digital channels, managing brand messaging, and collaborating with product and sales teams to create targeted content and go-to-market initiatives. The role involves analyzing market trends and campaign data, optimizing lead generation programs, managing the marketing funnel, and reporting on key performance metrics. The Marketing Manager will also oversee website and social media presence, coordinate events and webinars, and support thought leadership efforts in the AI and MLOps ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, ideally in B2B technology or AI-related sectors.
  • Skills in digital marketing, including content marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media management.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data, manage dashboards, and derive insights using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating clear, compelling messaging, case studies, and thought leadership content.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or software evaluation concepts, or willingness to rapidly learn technical subject matter.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver on deadlines in a remote, distributed team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with webinars, virtual events, and community-building in technical or developer-focused audiences is a plus.
