We're a fast-growing, YC-backed company looking for a Marketing Manager to help scale our paid marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition.

The Role

We're looking for a data-driven, creative Marketing Manager to own and optimize our paid marketing campaigns, primarily across Meta (Facebook and Instagram). You'll work closely with our growth, creative, and leadership teams to develop campaigns, review ad creatives and copy, test new approaches, and improve performance.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with a strong understanding of marketing messaging and creative strategy, and who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Location: Remote, India

Working Hours: U.S. Eastern Time (EST/EDT)

What You'll Do

• Manage paid marketing campaigns: Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Review ad copy and creatives: Evaluate headlines, hooks, messaging, visuals, and calls to action to ensure ads are compelling, clear, and aligned with our brand.
• Drive creative testing: Test different ad angles, formats, audiences, and messaging to identify what drives the best results.
• Analyze campaign performance: Track metrics such as CAC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate on creative strategy: Work with designers, copywriters, and external partners to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Coordinate with agencies: Review agency deliverables, monitor campaign execution, and ensure work aligns with performance goals.
• Monitor market trends: Stay updated on paid media trends, competitor campaigns, and platform best practices.
• Take ownership: Identify opportunities, move quickly, and continuously experiment to improve acquisition efficiency and scale growth.
  

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience managing paid marketing campaigns, particularly on Meta Ads.
• Previous experience working at a marketing agency or managing external agency partners.
• Strong judgment when reviewing ad copy, creative concepts, and campaign messaging.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness and ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours while based in India.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• A master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, preferably from a leading U.S. university.
• Experience managing agency relationships, creative testing pipelines, or paid media budgets.
• Familiarity with subscription-based business models and customer acquisition economics.
