You will help build demand, trust, and community around The UniGuide brand while driving acquisition of recruitment partners (sub-agents) across multiple countries. You will operate as a growth owner- designing initiatives, running experiments, learning from data, and scaling what works. You will work closely with leadership and directly influence how the company grows internationally.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable marketing funnels to attract and activate international recruitment sub-agents.
- Develop acquisition strategies across social media, communities, partnerships, and targeted campaigns.
- Continuously test messaging, channels, and conversion approaches.
- Partner closely with sales teams to improve pipeline quality and conversion outcomes.
- Own UniGuide's global social media strategy and execution.
- Build narratives that position UniGuide as a trusted and forward-thinking platform.
- Drive engagement through storytelling, campaigns, and content initiatives.
- Convert social channels into measurable acquisition and brand assets.
- Help define and evolve UniGuide's brand voice and positioning.
- Launch initiatives that build credibility with agents, partners, and education stakeholders.
- Support thought leadership and category-building initiatives.
- Conceptualise and execute webinars, partner activations, and regional engagement programs.
- Support on-ground marketing initiatives and market launches.
- Adapt global campaigns for local market relevance.
- Define success metrics across awareness, engagement, and acquisition funnels.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise continuously.
- Build repeatable marketing playbooks that scale across markets.
Requirements
- Has 4-5 years of experience in growth, digital, or brand marketing.
- Enjoys building new initiatives rather than operating established systems.
- Thinks in experiments, funnels, and measurable outcomes.
- Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Takes ownership without waiting for detailed direction.
- Is curious about global markets and cross-border growth.
