Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Gondal. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. Responsibilities include developing and managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and driving brand awareness. The manager will also monitor marketing performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Additionally, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships will be a crucial aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Branding, Campaign Management, and Digital Marketing
- Proficiency in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Trend Forecasting
- Experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, and Copywriting
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret marketing performance data
- Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Previous experience in the water treatment, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage
