Marketing Manager

Reporting To: Director 

Location: Bangalore 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business 

goals. 

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline marketing campaigns. 

• Manage social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid 

advertising initiatives. 

• Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all 

marketing channels. 

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify 

growth opportunities. 

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using key marketing 

metrics and KPIs. 

• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution. 

• Coordinate with sales, product, design, and external agencies to deliver 

marketing initiatives. 

• Organize product launches, events, webinars, and promotional activities. 

• Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team to achieve performance goals. 

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a 

related field. 

• 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. 

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign 

management. 

• Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM 

platforms. 

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

• Marking & Coding experience will be an added advantage.
