About the Role
Own and execute PMJ Jewels marketing strategy across brand, performance, content, and retail support to drive revenue growth and brand equity. This role manages the marketing calendar, campaigns, budgets, agency/freelancer partners, and reporting—using AI to improve speed, testing, and decision quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging pillars, tone of voice, and creative guidelines.
- Ensure consistent brand execution across digital, retail, packaging, and marketplace assets.
- Build and maintain the annual brand plan aligned to business goals (growth, categories, target segments).
- Own paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, marketplaces (as applicable) and retargeting; set targets (CAC/ROAS/MER), manage budgets, and optimize performance using levers such as creative testing, audience segmentation, offer strategy, and landing page inputs.
- Own the marketing calendar for launches, festivals/occasions, promotions, and store events. Create and execute campaigns in alignment with brand goals and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional readiness for campaigns (product availability, pricing, store briefs, customer support scripts).
- Oversee copy and visual assets for ads, social, CRM (email/WhatsApp), and in-store materials; maintain an organized creative library with tagging and performance notes.
- Own retention strategy across segments and lifecycle journeys; run repeat, win-back, launch, and high-intent campaigns; improve repeat rate and LTV through testing and personalization.
- Identify and execute collaborations (brands, events, stylists, affiliates); manage PR/press outreach (agency or direct), maintain a basic press kit/brand deck, and track commercial outcomes.
- Own marketing reporting and experimentation: revenue contribution, ROAS/MER, CAC, conversion, funnel drop-offs, repeat rate, cohort performance; maintain a weekly dashboard/monthly review and run structured A/B tests across creatives, offers, audiences, and landing pages.
- Use AI to accelerate creative iteration and localization, generate performance insights and test ideas (including anomaly detection and clustering), improve CRM personalization, and streamline operations (briefs, QA checklists, reporting summaries).
Requirements
- 8–10 years in marketing with experience across performance + brand + content (D2C retail preferred; jewelry/fashion/lifestyle is a plus).
- Strong execution skills across Meta/Google ads, creative testing, and basic conversion optimization.
- Comfortable managing agencies/freelancers and production workflows.
- Strong analytical ability with Excel/Sheets; working knowledge of GA4 and ad platform reporting.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management; strong planning discipline.
