Marketing Manager - Pharma - OTC / Nutritional Product

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the marketing and PMT function for Pharma OTC, Nutritional, and Wellness product portfolios
• Plan and execute new product launches and drive lifecycle management of existing brands
• Develop and implement innovative and creative promotional strategies
• Design effective brand communication and promotional themes across multiple brands
• Plan and execute customer-oriented campaigns and special activities for priority products
• Design and manage campaign planning and special initiatives for Key Opinion Leaders
• Conduct monthly and quarterly brand reviews and monitor brand performance metrics
• Track campaign effectiveness and recommend corrective actions for brand growth
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, regulatory, and other support functions for seamless execution of marketing strategies

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Pharmacy or Science with an MBA in Marketing
• 10 to 12 years of experience in Pharma Sales and Marketing, with 3 to 4 years as Group Product Manager or Marketing Manager
• Hands-on experience in handling Pharma OTC, Nutritional, and Wellness brands
• Proven capability in launching new products and strengthening established brands
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and creative with strong initiative-taking ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
