About The Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and scaling Origin's brand, narrative, and marketing engine across global audiences. This role sits at the intersection of robotics, AI, and construction, and requires someone who can translate complex deep-tech systems into clear, compelling storytelling for customers, investors, engineers, and the broader industry.

You will work closely with the founders, engineering teams, and sales teams to develop marketing strategies, launch campaigns, and content that establish Origin as the category leader in construction robotics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Narrative
  • Own and evolve Origin's brand narrative across website, social media, investor materials, and external communications
  • Translate complex robotics and AI technologies into simple, compelling messaging
  • Develop strategic messaging frameworks for product launches, company milestones, and deployments
  • Content & Media
  • Build and manage a consistent content engine across channels such as LinkedIn, X, website, and others
  • Produce high-quality marketing content including product demos, robotics videos, engineering insights, and customer stories
  • Coordinate with designers, video teams, and external partners to deliver high-impact creative assets
  • Product & Customer Marketing
  • Work with engineering and sales teams to develop customer-facing materials such as case studies, solution briefs, and ROI narratives
  • Support sales enablement by creating clear messaging and materials tailored to construction industry stakeholders
  • PR & Thought Leadership
  • Support press outreach, media relationships, and strategic storytelling in robotics, technology, and construction publications
  • Help position Origin and its founders as thought leaders in construction automation and robotics
  • Marketing Operations
  • Track marketing performance metrics and iterate on campaigns based on insights
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, creative vendors, and marketing tools where necessary

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand, communications, or content roles
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling ability
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content distribution
  • Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear and compelling narratives
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Preferred Experiences

  • Experience working in technology startups, deep-tech companies, or fast-paced environments
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts with familiarity in video, design, or creative direction
