Role Summary
We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager (offline + online) based in India for an on-site role to own end-to-end marketing execution across digital channels and offline activations. This role combines performance-driven digital campaigns with brand and field marketing to drive pipeline, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align digital performance and offline activation strategies to business goals.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and display to maximize ROI and lead quality.
- Lead offline initiativesevents, trade shows, customer workshops, and campus/field activationsincluding end-to-end logistics and on-ground execution.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships for creative, media buying, PR, and event production to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
- Implement measurement frameworks; analyze campaign and channel performance, produce dashboards, and translate insights into optimization actions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Content teams to develop targeted messaging, nurture programs, and funnel progression strategies.
