Role Description
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales in the HoReCa segment.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the HoReCa industry.
- Brand Activation: Plan and execute brand activations, promotional events, and trade marketing campaigns targeting hotels, restaurants, and cafs.
- B2B Partnerships: Build strong relationships with HoReCa clients, distributors, and key stakeholders to drive product placements and sales.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and customer engagement programs for the HoReCa channel.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Leverage digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and offline channels to enhance brand engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, sales impact, and customer feedback to optimize marketing efforts.
- Product Launches: Plan and execute new product introductions and promotional offers tailored for the HoReCa segment.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on campaigns and activities.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience in the FMCG sector, with a strong focus on HoReCa.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the HoReCa ecosystem, foodservice industry, and B2B marketing strategies.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and trade marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams.
- Network: Established connections within the HoReCa industry would be a plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required.
