Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager who has hands-on expertise in both Physical (ATL/BTL/On-Ground) and Digital Marketing channels. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, build brand equity, and support sales objectives across our real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Physical / Traditional Marketing
· Plan and execute ATL (Above-the-Line) campaigns including print ads (newspapers, magazines), hoardings, outdoor media, radio, and television wherever applicable.
· Drive BTL (Below-the-Line) activities such as project launches, site events, broker meets, channel partner events, expos, exhibitions, and roadshows.
· Manage on-ground branding at project sites, sales lounges, and experience centres including signage, flex, standees, brochures, and collaterals.
· Coordinate with creative agencies, printers, vendors, and event partners for timely execution and quality delivery.
· Monitor competitor activities in the local Kolkata and Eastern India real estate market.
Digital Marketing
· Plan and run performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms to drive qualified lead generation.
· Manage SEO, SEM, programmatic display, and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI.
· Oversee social media strategy, content calendar, organic engagement, and community management across all official handles.
· Drive email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM-based campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
· Manage the company website, microsites, and project landing pages – ensuring SEO optimization, UI/UX, and conversion rate optimization.
· Track digital KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) and present periodic performance reports.
Strategy, Branding & Coordination
· Develop integrated 360-degree marketing plans aligning physical and digital channels for new project launches and ongoing inventory.
· Manage the marketing budget – allocation, tracking, and ROI analysis across channels.
· Work closely with the Sales team to ensure lead-to-walk-in conversion and feedback loop.
· Build and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints – tonality, visual identity, and messaging.
· Liaise with PR agencies for press releases, media coverage, and reputation management.
· Vendor management, negotiation, and ensuring cost optimization without compromising quality.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification
· MBA / PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institute (preferred)
· Graduates with strong relevant experience may also be considered
Experience
· 6 to 12 years of overall marketing experience
· Mandatory: Hands-on exposure to both Physical/Traditional marketing AND Digital marketing
· Real estate industry experience strongly preferred; candidates from BFSI, Retail, Auto, or Hospitality with a strong integrated marketing background will also be considered
Skills & Competencies
· Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, OOH, and event marketing
· Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools and CRM platforms
· Working knowledge of marketing automation tools and lead management systems
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
· Strong analytical mindset – data-driven decision making
· Creative thinking with an eye for design and aesthetics
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously
· Vendor and agency management experience
Language
· Fluency in English and Hindi; working knowledge of Bengali will be an added advantage
