Marketing Manager (MLBB - Indonesia Market)

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to support Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) campaigns in the Indonesia market. This role focuses on generating innovative marketing insights and developing actionable strategies to achieve both in-game performance and promotional goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage a deep understanding of the local market to craft impactful, data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Market Insights: Identify and propose unique market insights and trends, turning them into actionable marketing strategies tailored to the Indonesia market.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute innovative marketing plans that align with business objectives, focusing on both player engagement and game performance.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with local teams and global partners, including brand, operations, and product teams, to ensure seamless campaign integration.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze game performance and campaign data, using insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
• Localized Strategy Development: Adapt global strategies to fit the local market, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance with Indonesian players.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and media to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Proven ability to generate creative market insights and transfer them into successful marketing strategies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the Indonesian market and player behaviors.
• Passion for gaming, especially Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
