Mirats is building a suite of B2B research platforms (Owlit, Blaze, Quanto DIY, Spark) and consumer apps (Audit App, Nexus, Community). We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager (360) who can own marketing end-to-end, build the team, and drive measurable growth.
What you'll own1) Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Create and execute quarterly & annual growth plans across B2B + B2C products
- Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for each product line
- Build and track a marketing KPI system (pipeline, CAC, ROAS, retention, conversions, brand metrics)
2) Demand Generation (B2B)
- Drive qualified leads for Owlit / Blaze / Quanto DIY / Spark via performance marketing, SEO, outbound support, and partnerships
- Build lifecycle campaigns (email + LinkedIn + retargeting) for demos, trials, upgrades, renewals
- Own landing pages, lead magnets, webinars, case studies, and industry-specific campaigns
3) Content & Thought Leadership (Reports + Platforms)
- Promote Industry Reports to the right audience (brand teams, insights teams, agencies, CX leaders, product leaders, founders)
- Build a content engine: LinkedIn, website blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, videos, decks
- Collaborate with internal teams to convert projects into case studies and proof points
4) Influencer & Community Partnerships (B2C)
- Partner with creators/influencers to promote Audit App / Nexus / Community App
- Plan creator campaigns (briefs, scripts, content calendar), manage performance, ensure brand safety
- Build community loops: referrals, ambassador programs, engagement campaigns, retention nudges
5) Brand & Integrated Campaigns
- Plan innovative, cross-sector campaigns to increase visibility across multiple industries
- Own brand consistency across all touchpoints (social, decks, website, events, ads, email)
- Manage PR opportunities, collaborations, sponsorships, events/webinars
6) Team Building & Ops
- Hire and manage a marketing team: content, design, performance, partnerships, community
- Build SOPs, calendars, approval workflows, and agency/vendor management
- Set up the marketing tech stack (CRM integrations, analytics, automation, attribution)
You're a great fit if you- Have built marketing in a fast-moving environment (startup/agency/product)
- Can switch between strategy and execution (copy + campaign + analytics + coordination)
- Understand B2B funnels (lead demo conversion) and B2C growth loops (activation retention)
- Are strong at LinkedIn marketing, storytelling, and distribution
- Know how to brief designers, coordinate content, and manage timelines
- Are comfortable with numbers: CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, cohort retention
Bonus points- Experience marketing SaaS / research / CX / audits / marketplaces
- Hands-on with tools like GA4, Search Console, HubSpot/Zoho, Meta/Google/LinkedIn Ads, Webflow/WordPress
- Video-first content experience (short-form + scripts + creator management)
