Marketing Manager — Luxury Jewelry

Why this role exists
We are a globally active luxury jewelry and diamonds business expanding our presence across international trade channels and digital markets. As we scale, we need someone who can own marketing end-to-end — from coordinating our presence at international trade shows to running digital campaigns that generate qualified B2B and B2C leads. This is not a support role: you will set direction, execute, and be accountable for outcomes.
What you will own
- Plan and execute international trade show participation from concept to close — logistics, vendor coordination, on-ground engagement, and post-event lead follow-up
- Run integrated B2B and B2C campaigns across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and social — owning briefs, timelines, and performance reporting
- Manage email marketing end-to-end: segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing, and deliverability
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints via a Digital Asset Management system
- Produce brand decks, pitch materials, and collateral for global partners and wholesale clients
- Coordinate with domestic and international vendors for packaging, display, and promotional assets — managing quality, timelines, and budgets
- Track campaign KPIs and deliver clear performance reports with actionable recommendations
What we need from you (Must-have)
- 3–5 years in marketing with hands-on campaign execution
- Direct experience running email marketing programs — automation, segmentation, performance optimization
- Comfortable with Google Analytics: you can pull data, interpret it, and act on it
- Experience managing external vendors and production timelines
- Strong written English — you write copy and decks yourself, not just review them
- Open to international travel
Nice-to-have
- Background in luxury, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle categories
- Experience with international trade show execution (IIJS, JCK, Baselworld, or similar)
- Familiarity with DAM systems
- Hands-on SEO/SEM management (not just oversight)
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms
