We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our digital lead generation strategy across LinkedIn and Google. The role requires a deep understanding of B2B campaign management, ad optimization, and funnel analytics with a focus on generating qualified leads for our design-build and technology businesses.
Role
- Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified B2B leads.
- Build and manage lead funnels, nurturing campaigns, and audience segmentation for different business verticals (construction tech, interior design, lighting products).
- Work closely with sales and business teams to align campaigns with ongoing outreach and conversion goals.
- Track campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS) and generate actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and keyword strategies for maximum conversion.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.
- Report weekly/monthly dashboards on lead quality, conversion ratios, and ad spends.
Ideal Candidate
- 36 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation using LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, retargeting, and performance marketing analytics.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
- Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and coordination skills across multiple teams.
Good to have
- Experience in marketing for construction, interiors, or SaaS platforms.
- Exposure to content marketing, SEO, or social media strategy.
- A portfolio of past campaigns or performance case studies.
