Qualification and Work Experience:
- Full-time MBA from a recognised University specialising in marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a marketing agency or with a brand in a performance marketing role.
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience working in a complex/matrix organisational structure is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in the education sector is a plus.
Skills & Abilities
Soft Skills:
- Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques to analyse campaign performance data and identify trends.
- Marketing Platforms: Working knowledge of using marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. , to streamline campaign management and reporting.
- SEO, GEO and SEM: Knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO), generative engine optimisation (GEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles.
- Social Media Marketing: Developing and managing social media campaigns across various platforms.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
