Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can own end-to-end execution across marketing
and branding. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating strategy into action,
ensuring that every campaign, asset, and touchpoint is executed with speed, consistency, and
attention to detail.
This is a hands on, high ownership role offering unmatched exposure to building a funded consumer brand from the inside. You will work closely with the founder to bring the brand to life across
digital, social, performance, and on-ground touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Execution (Core Responsibility):
Execute all marketing and branding initiatives across channels - digital, social, website,
marketplaces, and campaigns
Ensure consistent brand representation across visuals, copy, tone, and consumer experience
Coordinate with designers, content creators, videographers, printers, and agencies to deliver
assets end-to-end
Campaigns & Launches:
Manage execution of product launches, brand campaigns, offers, and seasonal initiatives
Own timelines, briefs, follow-ups, and final delivery across all stakeholders
Ensure campaigns go live accurately and on schedule
Digital, Performance & Platforms:
Support planning and execution of paid campaigns with performance agencies
Manage creative requirements for ads and track performance of creatives
Coordinate updates across website, marketplaces, and brand platforms
Social Media & Content:
Oversee day-to-day social media execution (content planning, posting, coordination)
Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and current objectives
Support influencer collaborations and content shoots where required
Reporting & Coordination:
Track key marketing activities and performance metrics
Maintain marketing trackers, calendars, and documentation
Share execution updates, learnings, and improvement areas with the team
Requirements:
23 years of experience in marketing, branding, or integrated roles in D2C or consumer brands(Must have)
Exposure to beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, or FMCG categories
Strong execution and project management skills
Good aesthetic sense and understanding of branding
Ability to manage multiple vendors, agencies, and timelines
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
High ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
