Role Description
The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement. Responsibilities include market research, developing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing initiatives, analyzing campaign performance, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves collaborating closely with teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Experience in Content Creation, Copywriting, and developing targeted marketing campaigns
- Strong ability to analyze market data and campaign results for performance improvements
- Proven expertise in Branding and Public Relations
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
